Limited Warranty

Every product sold by The Wellness Outfitter is covered by its manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms, including coverage length and covered components, vary by product and are listed on each product page. Coverage begins on the date stated in the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Extent of Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products purchased from The Wellness Outfitter and delivered within the continental United States. Coverage extends only to the original purchaser at the original installation location and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required for all warranty claims.

Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided by each product's manufacturer under its applicable terms. Some components, such as heaters, chillers, or electronic accessories, may be covered by their own manufacturer's warranty. Unless the product page states otherwise, warranty coverage includes replacement parts only and does not include labor. Parts replaced under warranty may need to be returned as part of the claim. Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not eligible for warranty service.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Improper installation or use contrary to the product instructions.
  • Use of a product in a setting it is not designed for, such as an indoor product installed outdoors.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, paint, stain, or coatings.
  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or weathering.
  • Electrical issues not caused by the product, such as faulty outlets or wiring.

Natural characteristics of wood, such as minor surface cracks or changes from expansion and contraction, are not considered defects.

Remote and App-Controlled Features

Some products can be operated remotely through Wi-Fi or an app. The owner is responsible for using these features safely and appropriately, including when the product is unattended.

To the extent permitted by law, The Wellness Outfitter is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or costs related to removing or reinstalling a product. Any implied warranty is limited to the length of the applicable manufacturer warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
